1. Quality Policy

The quality policy is reviewed during management reviews to ensure its continued suitability.
3) Quality Objectives are established based on the quality policy, implemented, and reviewed during management reviews.
Communication and Understanding of the Quality Policy
The quality policy is communicated and understood by all employees through the following:

- ② Explanation by department managers during morning meetings
2. Quality Objective
Customer satisfaction score shall be 85 points or higher.
