Quality Policy for Japan Resistor Mfg. Co., Ltd.

We offer reliable products to our customers based on the basic policy of "Customer First, Quality First".
In order to achieve the above quality policy, we practice the following.

  1. Compliance with requirements and continuous improvement
    ① Customer requirements are given first priority and all requirements, including the management of environmentally hazardous substances, are fulfilled.
    ② We comply with relevant laws, regulatory requirements and any other requirements agreed to by the company.

  2. Review of quality policy
    The quality policy is assessed during management reviews to ensure its appropriateness is sustained.

  3. Quality targets set and reviewed
    Quality objectives are set and implemented in accordance with the quality policy and results are assessed during management reviews.

  4. Communicate and understand the quality policy
    The quality policy is communicated to and understood by all employees in the following methods
    ① Posters are displayed where all employees can view the messages.
    ② The managers explain and spread the message at the morning meeting.
    ③ All employees are explained the quality management system at the commencement of its operation.
